Basil
Basil is the king of aromatic herbs. Its name derives in fact from the Latin "basilicum" and from the Greek "basilikonphyton" which means "royal and majestic plant". Basil is rich in vitamins, mineral salts, flavonoids and antioxidants, useful to protect the body from aging and to counteract the action of free radicals.
