Coriander
Coriander (known in botany as Coriandrum sativum) belongs to the family of bees. It has an erect stem (no more than 60-70 cm high) and small white flowers that appear in early summer, but the most used parts are the fruits / seeds. Rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber.
IN YOUR CUISINE: It is also called Chinese parsley and is widely used in oriental cuisine. In veg cooking, it is very suitable for flavoring soups, legumes (in Egypt it is combined with beans) and vegetables (especially cabbage and sauerkraut), but also bread, sugared almonds and biscuits (as in the tradition of Central Europe). It is one of the ingredients of curry and, in general, it goes well with other spices.
