Lollo
The lettuce "Lollo" is among the most widespread and appreciated in our territory.Present in two different types, red and green, this lettuce has a delicate and refreshing flavor, perfect to be served as an aperitif or to accompany the main meal as a side dish. The red lollo is a quality of lettuce introduced in Italy from about a decade from Northern Europe, with light red tending to green heads or in the variant "TRIPLE RED" of a bright red tending to scarlet, the green lollo is a type of lettuce with heads of a bright green color light, low and hemispherical.
